🔎 Verification for Pop Mart Products

Please read this before opening your product!

To ensure eligibility for our Authenticity Guarantee, do not open the box or tamper with the seal until you’ve completed the verification process.

❗ If the box is opened or our tamper-proof seal is broken, your claim will be ineligible for the authenticity guarantee.

   

✅ How to Verify Your Pop Mart Product

  • Locate the Pop Mart anti-counterfeit QR code on the exterior of the box (shown above)
  • Scan the QR code with your smart phone, it should take you to this URL: https://m-gss.popmart.com/1117#/pages/country?f=&t=

  • Double-check the website domain and ensure the URL is popmart.com.
    ⚠️ If the link takes you to any suspicious domain like popmart.xyz.com, paopao.xyz.com, or anything that isn't an official Pop Mart site, contact us immediately.

  • On the site, tap the "Anti-counterfeiting Verification" button 
  • Scratch off the silver area on the box with a coin to reveal the serial number (shown above).
  • Enter the serial number into the website to verify your product.
  • You should receive confirmation that:
    ✅ The product is genuine
    ✅ This is the first time the code has been verified

 

🚨 If Your Product Fails Verification

If the QR code redirects you to a website that is not popmart.com, or if the serial number has already been verified, or is invalid, please contact us immediately at hello@luckystar.gg

Please include the following:

  • A photo of the unopened product box with the tamper-proof seal intact 
  • A photo of the scratch-off code / serial number
  • A screenshot of the verification result from the official webiste
  • Your order number

Important: Pop Mart displays the time and date of the first verification. If that timestamp is after your delivery date, your claim will not be eligible, as this indicates the product was verified after it has been delivered.

We will review your case and, if approved, issue a 2x full refund under our Authenticity Guarantee.
