Authenticity Guarantee

🔒 Authenticity Guarantee

We understand how important authenticity is when it comes to collectible products like blindboxes. That’s why we proudly offer our Authenticity Guarantee on select items in our store.

✅ What We Guarantee

For any product labeled with "Authenticity Guarantee", we ensure that it is 100% genuine and sourced directly from the original manufacturer or their authorized distributors.

If the product includes a manufacturer-issued serial code, QR code, or official authenticity check, we invite you to verify it using the brand’s official verification system.

If your product fails the manufacturer’s authenticity check and is found to be counterfeit, we will issue a full refund of 2x your original purchase price—no questions asked.

📝 How to Submit a Claim

To submit a claim under our Authenticity Guarantee:

1. Confirm that your product was labeled "Authenticity Guarantee" at the time of purchase.

2. Verify the product using the official website or tool provided by the manufacturer.

3. If the check fails, contact us with the following:

   • A screenshot or screen recording of the failed authenticity result (showing the product code and error message)

   • Your order number and purchase details

4. We will review your submission and, if verified, issue your 2x refund promptly.

⏳ Important Notes & Conditions

• Claims must be submitted within 30 days of product delivery.

• The guarantee only applies to products that have an official authenticity verification system (e.g., serial code lookup, QR check) provided by the original manufacturer.

• We cannot extend the guarantee to products that do not have a manufacturer-issued authenticity check.

• Products that have been tampered with, significantly damaged, or altered after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

• We work only with verified distributors and official channels. We never source from grey-market suppliers, resellers, or unofficial third parties.
